PAULA

Before moving to Canada, Paula lived and worked in different countries, such as Chile, France, Switzerland, Australia, Cuba, and Argentina, where she was born and raised.
​
She holds academic qualifications in Business Management (Okanagan College, Canada) and International Relations (Universidad del Salvador, Argentina) and is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, with good knowledge of Portuguese
and German.
With more than 15 years of experience in developing and strengthening business relationships and strategic partnerships, as well as organizing international conferences, she founded Converge in 2017 (previously Converge Languages Network).
She is passionate about inter-culturalism, politics, and art.
STEVE
​
Steve -a Swiss born national who arrived in Canada in 2016- spent most of his career in the hospitality industry, working and travelling around the world.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from the Hotel School of Lausanne (Switzerland) and an MBA from Charles Darwin University (Australia).
A multicultural professional with sound experience in management and finance, he fluently speaks 4 languages (English, French, Spanish, and Italian), and is knowledgeable
in German.
He co-founded Converge Translations and is in charge of the operations.

Married and father of two children, he is enthusiastic about nature and the outdoors.
He is a CSIA Ski Instructor and a PADI Master Scuba Diver.
